Empowering Agripreneurs
Join us on 10 November for - Youth action: Empowering local agripreneurs through international agreements. We will link the policy priorities identified at WFF to specific, on the ground actions through youth-led projects from the FAO/IAAS Youth for Green and Climate-Resilient Agriculture Programme (YCRA).
Innovation & Tech
Join us on 10 November for - Unlocking the power of youth-led innovation in ag and climate-tech to transform global agrifood systems at the Food and Agriculture Pavilion in Zone B. We will present highlights and takeaways from the innovation track.
Idea to Action
Join us on 15 November for - Youth transforming food systems: from idea to action. Young people are bringing to the table innovative, out-of-the-box ways to break ‘business as usual’ as we shape a new policy landscape. Join this session with 3 young people from academia and civil society on how they are catalyzing change in food and climate spaces – from idea to action.
Transformation
Join us on 15 November for - Creating access: Options & barriers for youth inclusion in food systems transformation. Complementing the session before, this session looks into the barriers young people face in action, and how organizations and institutions are breaking them in this intergenerational dialogue.
Accountability
Join us on 15 November for - Accountability of NDCs, NAPs, and food systems: From the youth lens. To answer the question to ‘How can we, as youth, hold governments accountable with their commitments made?’ This event brings together various stakeholders involved in COP processes to discuss the various roles at play.
