We are pleased to invite all UArctic members to attend UArctic Assembly 2023 held in Quebec City, Canada on 22-26 May. The meeting is hosted by Université Laval. Register through this link.
Deadline for registrations is 7 May 2023.

Bachelor of Arts in Indigenous Governance
Yukon University's Bachelor of Arts in Indigenous Governance offers students the skills, experience and knowledge to affect real change in self-determination and governance in the North and beyond. The program aims to build northern leadership capacity by providing students with the values, knowledge and skills to work collaboratively within the unique governance landscape of the North.
Research Infrastructure Catalogue Highlight
Submit your infrastructures for inclusion in the UArctic Research Infrastructure Catalogue
We encourage members of UArctic community to submit new infrastructures, update existing ones if needed, and in general to explore the UArctic Research Infrastructure Catalogue. The Catalogue is an online database for searching and identifying research infrastructures and facilities located at and operated by the UArctic member institutions.
Student highlight
American Arctic Connection Intern joins the UArctic International Secretariat in Rovaniemi
The UArctic International Secretariat welcomes new intern Chloe Kiernicki this spring. Chloe studies at Tampere University, where she is pursuing a M.Sc. in Sustainable Architecture. In addition to curriculum about the built and natural environments, she is following courses from the Circumpolar Studies program and has virtually attended the winter school from UArctic member Harbin Institute of Technology and the Korea Arctic Academy.
