Dear Colleagues,
Our partners at the Criminal Investigations and Network Analysis Center (CINA) are currently soliciting research proposals. CINA, like ADAC-ARCTIC, is a U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Center of Excellence, housed at George Mason University.
CINA’s Request for Proposals (RFP) is seeking research projects that address current and imminent challenges faced by DHS. Specifically, projects should address one of the four key research themes identified by the CINA Center:
- Criminal Network Analysis
- Dynamic Patterns of Criminal Activity
- Forensics (both traditional laboratory forensics and digital forensics)
- Criminal Investigative Processes
This is a great opportunity to partner with another DHS Center of Excellence like ADAC-ARCTIC. Please share with your networks. Submissions will be accepted through 11:59 PM EST on March 1, 2024. Full information and RFP resources are available on CINA’s website.
Very Respectfully,
Arctic Domain Awareness Center (ADAC)
