The Final Program of the 2019 Arctic Circle China Forum, is now available. The Forum will be held 10 – 11 May in Shanghai. The Program lists over 150 speakers from Asia, Europe and North America in 25 sessions on topics including the Polar Silk Road, science and innovation, oceans, transport, energy and governance.
Many interesting plenary and breakout session will be organized both days. Arctic Portal is organizing a breakout session with the Polar Research Institution of China (PRIC) on Friday the 10th of May (16:00-17:30) called ARCTIC SCIENCE OUTREACH AND CULTURAL COMMUNICATION. The moderators of the session will be Halldor Johannsson, Executive Director, Arctic Portal and Xin Ge, Associate Researcher, Shanghai Science and Technology Museum.
