National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), an integral agency within the U.S. Department of Commerce, launched the NOAA online Science Seminar Series in 2004. These seminars are held regularly.

The Science Seminar Series is designed to inform and stimulate discussion on the latest research and management strategies that support the priorities of NOAA. Seminar speakers come not only from within the NOAA community, but also from other federal and state agencies, academia, nongovernmental organizations, and industry.
